摘要
为精准采集逆变器交流输出电压直流分量,且使其具有较强的抗共模电磁干扰的能力,提出了一种交流电压直流分量采集电路。该电路由低通滤波、阻抗匹配及隔离、直流偏置的调理及放大等三部分组成,在共模电磁干扰严重的系统中仍然可以保证较高的精度,从而有效抑制直流偏置电压。通过仿真手段及10kVA的UPS实验平台验证了该电路,对于直流分量的采集精度较常用的采集电路具有明显的优势,并且具有显著的抗共模干扰的特性。实验结果表明所提出的直流分量采集电路科学、可行。
In order to accurately detect the DC bias voltage of the inverter AC output and make it have strong ability to resist common-mode electromagnetic interference,an AC voltage DC bias acquisition circuit is proposed,the circuit consists of three parts:low—pass filter,impedance matching and isolation,DC bias adjustment and amplification,it can still guarantee high accuracy in the system with serious common-mode electromagnetic interference,thus effectively suppressing DC bias voltage.The circuit is verified by simulation and the lOkVA UPS experimental platform,the acquisition accuracy of the DC bias is obviously superior to the commonly used acquisition circuit,and it has significant characteristics of resisting common-mode interference.The experimental results show that the proposed DC bias acquisition circuit is scientific and feasible.
