摘要
辅助二极管谐振极逆变器(ADRPI)死区形成受到很多因素的影响。通过对软开关逆变器死区效应的形成机理及影响因素的分析,建立了谐振极逆变器自然形成的死区时间数学模型,分析了死区时间的大小,影响死区时间的主要因素和死区效应对逆变器的影响,通过仿真和实验进行了进一步的验证,为ADRPI软开关技术的应用奠定了基础。
The formation of dead area in Auxiliary Diode Resonant Pole Inverter(ADRPI) is extremely influenced by many factors.This paper,through the analysis of the formation mechanism and influencing factors of dead area effect of soft switch inverter,establishes the mathematical model of dead time which the resonant inverter forms naturally extremely,and analyzes the dead time size,the primary factor affecting the dead time and the influence that the dead area effects to the inverter.Then it carries on the further confirmation through the simulation and the experiment,and it has laid the foundation to the application of the ADRPI soft-switch technology.
