摘要
辅助二极管谐振极软开关逆变器(ADRPI)控制方便,可靠性高,在交流传动中有良好的应用前景。本文分析了辅助二极管谐振极软开关逆变器一个桥臂拓扑结构的工作工程,提出了一种实用的零电压检测电路的设计,该电路通过电压检测、放大滤波、绝对值电路、比较和逻辑控制,实现了开关管的零电压导通,通过仿真和实验进行了进一步的验证,为ADRPI软开关技术的实际应用奠定了基础。
Auxiliary Diode Resonant Pole Inverter (ADRPI) is convenient to control with high reliability and has good prospects for application in AC transmission. This paper presents analysis on the working project of single-leg topology configuration of ADRPI, and brings forward a kind of practical design of circuit detection with zero voltage. Zero Voltage turning on of switch is realized within this circuit with voltage detection, amplifihering, absolute value circuit, comparison, and logic control. Also simulation and experimentation are carried out for further verification, which lays the foundation for practical application of soft switching technology of ADRPI.
