摘要
[目的]对赤芍与白芍不同部位中芍药苷以及苯甲酸的含量差异进行分析探讨。[方法]采取高效液相色谱法展开含量分析。[结果]经比较得知,两种药材的不同部位的芍药苷与苯甲酸含量存在较大差异。[结论]利用高效液相色谱法对赤芍、白芍不同部位的化学成分进行分析,可以为今后的临床应用提高可靠的实验参考,值得关注。
[Objective]Red peony and white peony in different parts of paeoniflorin and benzoic acid content differences analyzed and investigated.[Methods]A high-performance liquid chromatography to expand content analysis.[Results]We know that there is a big difference,in different parts of the two herbs paeoniflorin and benzoic acid.[Conclusion]The use of high performance liquid chromatography red peony,white peony chemical composition of the different parts of the analysis,should improve the reliability of the experimental reference for future clinical worthy of attention.
