摘要
用薄层扫描法测定七厘散中苯甲酸含量,以控制其中血竭的含量。结果表明方法简便、准确,可作为七厘散的质控标准。
The Content of benzoic acid in Sanguis Draeonis of Qili San was Determined by thin layer chromatography in order to control the quality of Sanguis draconis. The results have shown that this detemination is a simple accurate method, and can he used as a standard for the quality control of Qili San
