摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方紫荆皮水杨酸溶液中水杨酸苯甲酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol.L﹣1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH至4.0)(50∶50),柱温:30℃,流速为1.0mL·min﹣1,检测波长240nm。结果:水杨酸与苯甲酸、空白样品分离良好,线性范围水杨酸为1.2~96.6μg·mL﹣1,r=0.9999;苯甲酸为2.0~160.3μg·mL﹣1,r=0.9998,样品溶液在10h内稳定,加样回收率(n=6)依次为100.6%和99.6%。结论:该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于复方紫荆皮水杨酸溶液的质量控制。 Objective : To determine the contents of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Compound Redbud Bark and Sali- cylic Acid Solution by HPLC. Methods:Agilent Eclipse XDB -C18 column(4.6mm ×250mm,5μ m)was used with the mobile phase of a mixture of Methanol and 0.05mol. L - 1 KH2PO4 (50:50, adjusted the pH to 4.0 with phosphoric acid) ;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min-1; the column temperature was 30℃ ;the detection wavelength :240nm. Results:The sample and host were separated well by HPLC. The linear response range was 1.0 - 96.6μ g . mL- 1 ( r = 0. 9999) of sali- cylic acid and 2.0 - 160.31μ~g . mL-1 (r = 0.9998)of benzoic acid. The sample solution was steady within 10h. The av- erage recoveries of salicylic acid and benzoic acid were 100.6% ( n = 6 ) and 99.6% ( n = 6 ), respectively. Conclusions : This method is simple,rapid, accurate and reliable and can used for the quality control of Compound Redbud Bark and Salicylic Acid Solution.
