摘要
高校食堂食品卫生安全问题不容小觑,需要广大师生和食堂管理人员引起充分重视,因为这一问题关系每一位来此就餐的教师和学生的生命健康安全。近些年,伴随着教育体制的不断改革,高校食堂的管理也变得更加科学。但是,食物中毒事件在高校食堂中仍然时有发生,这一问题充分暴露出我国高校食堂安全管理方面还存在诸多漏洞。笔者在这里主要以高校食堂食品安全管理中存在的问题为切入点展开讨论,并提出相关的意见。
College dining room food hygiene safety problems to be reckoned, need to the management of teachers and students and cafeteria staff give full attention and concern, because this problem deeply to eat it every teacher and student's life health and safety. In recent years, with the continuous reform of the education system, the management of university canteens has become more scientific and effective. However, food poisoning is still happening in the canteen of universities and colleges, and the problem is fully exposed that there are still many loopholes in the safety management of college canteens in our country. In this paper, the author discussed the problems existing in the food safety management of university canteen, and put forward some suggestions.
