摘要
高校是我国培养各类人才的基地,对于国家未来发展有着重要意义。高校食堂是为学生提供各种服务和饮食的场所,在学校中具有不可替代的地位。但是,目前很多高校都存在食堂管理不规范的问题,严重影响了广大师生的身心健康,甚至会给社会带来一定危害。因此,加强高校食堂管理非常必要。本文对当前高校食堂食品卫生安全监管问题进行分析,并尝试提出解决对策,从而保障高校学生的健康与安全。
Universities are the bases for cultivating various types of talents in China,which are of great significance for the future development of the country.And the university canteens is a place that provides various services and meals for students,and it has an irreplaceable position in the school.However,many universities currently face the problem of nonstandard canteens management,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of teachers and students,and even brings certain harm to society.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the management of university canteens.This article analyzes the current issues of food hygiene and safety supervision in university canteens and attempts to propose solutions to ensure the health and safety of university students.
