摘要
在当下这个经济全球化、科学技术日新月异的时代,食品安全问题在我国引起了高度重视。尤其是近几年频发的食品安全事件,更是让笔者重新审视我国当代食品安全监管这一问题。我国当代食品安全监管具有较强的行政性,但仅依靠市场监管对食品安全进行监督管理所得的监管效果是差强人意的。故而,通以公共管理为视角有效探索我国食品安全监管问题的新方向、新路径,是当前解决我国食品安全监管问题困境的有效方式。本文中,笔者将从我国当代食品安全监管问题现状、存在的问题及完善路径三个方面展开论述,试图找寻我国当代食品安全监管问题在公共管理视域下的新方向。
At present in the era of economic globalization,science and technology change with each passing day,food safety problem in Chinese has aroused high attention.The frequent food safety affairs in recent years especially make us re-examine contemporary food safety supervision.The contemporary food safety supervision in Chinese has strong administrative characteristics,but only rely on the market supervision to food safety supervision and management,the effect of supervision is unsatisfactory.Therefore,it is an effective way to solve Chinese food safety supervision problem predicament to effectively explore Chinese food safety supervision problem new direction and new path through the perspective of public management.In this paper,the author from the present situation of contemporary food safety supervision,the existing problem and the improvement way under the vision of public management expand on three aspects,try to find a new direction of contemporary food safety supervision problem under the vision of public management.
