摘要
高校学生规模庞大,食堂食品卫生管理面临较大风险。高校决策者和食堂承包商应正视学校食堂管理存在的问题与不足,协力完善食堂硬件设施,健全食堂各项管理制度,提升相关人员的食品卫生安全意识,规范食品加工全流程,以全面提升食堂管理水平和服务质量,为学校高质量发展注入强劲动力。
The scale of college students is huge,and the food hygiene management of canteen faces great risks.University decision makers and canteen contractors should face up to the problems and deficiencies existing in the management of the school canteen,work together to improve the hardware facilities of the canteen,improve various management systems of the canteen,improve the awareness of food hygiene and safety of relevant personnel,and standardize the whole process of food processing,so as to comprehensively improve the management level and service quality of the canteen and inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of the school.
