长沙冰雪世界重型承载主钢结构柱卸载施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 长沙冰雪世界工程位于百米深矿坑内建造,地质复杂,施工难度大。主要由混凝土柱、平台预应力梁及重型钢结构屋盖组成的混合结构体系。在本工程中由于地质及地形的原因,导致CP-6主钢结构柱不能完全承担上部恒荷载与活荷载的组合力,需要对该钢柱的恒荷载进行卸载处理。卸载前该柱已经承担了自重荷载,待卸载完成并将所有恒荷载施加后,将该钢柱重新焊接上以承担后续使用过程中的活荷载。在实施过程中主要利用支撑胎架作为卸载支撑,利用6组液压千斤顶进行同步分级卸载,逐步将该钢柱已经承担的恒荷载卸载完成。本工程采用合理的钢柱切割顺序及水平限位装置,确保了实施过程安全、稳定、可靠。 Changsha Ice and Snow World Project is located in a 100-metre depth pit,which is complex in geology and difficult in construction.It is mainly composed of concrete columns,platform prestressing beams and heavy steel roofs.In this project,due to geological and topographical reasons,CP-6 main steel structure column can not fully bear the combined force of upper constant load and live load,so it is necessary to unload the constant load of the steel column.Before unloading,the column has already carried dead load.After unloading is completed and all constant loads are applied,the steel column is rewelded to bear the live load in the subsequent use process.In the process of implementation,the support frame is mainly used as unloading support,and six groups of hydraulic jacks are used for synchronous graded unloading,gradually unloading the steel column has assumed constant load.This project adopts reasonable steel column cutting smoothly and horizontal limit device,which ensures the safety,stability and reliability of the implementation process,smoothly overcomes the engineering technical problems.
