累积顶推滑移技术在大跨度钢桁架施工中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 针对大跨度钢桁架安装面临的施工空间狭窄、吊装困难且难以保证施工质量等问题,以长沙某工程大跨度屋面桁架施工为背景,经方案比选,采用累积顶推滑移技术安装钢桁架,并详细介绍该技术实施过程。利用有限元软件对滑移施工结构进行稳定性验算,计算结果表明,支撑塔架及桁架吊装过程产生的最大位移和最大应力均在规定安全范围以内。工程实践表明,累积顶推滑移技术科学可行,可有效保证钢结构施工质量,大大缩短工期,取得良好的经济和社会效益。 Aiming at the problems of narrow construction space,difficult hoisting as well as ensuring the construction quality of large span steel truss installation,based on the construction of large span truss of one project in Changsha,the cumulative pushing and sliding technology is used to install the steel truss by comparing with traditional scheme,and the implementation process of the technology is introduced in detail.The finite element software is used to check the stability of the sliding construction structure.The results show that the maximum displacement and stress of the supporting tower and truss during hoisting are within the safety range.The engineering practice shows that the cumulative pushing and sliding technology is scientific and feasible,which can effectively guarantee the construction quality of steel structure,greatly shorten the construction period and achieve good economic and social benefits.
