摘要
在国家会议中心钢桁架整体提升施工中,根据工程的特点、难点,完成了四次钢桁架提升需要解决的技术问题,充分利用现有的提升支架及结构本身,制定了合理的组装、提升、焊接顺序与工艺,采用计算机控制液压千斤顶群同步提升技术,通过有效的控制,进行了承重系统的平稳转换及卸荷,高空精确合拢,整体达到设计及规范要求。
The integral lifting of steel truss in the National Conference Center Project has finished the technical problems that needed to be resolved in four times of steel truss lifting according to the project characteristics and difficulties. The existing lifting frame and the structure itself were utilized fully, and rational procedures and workmanships were established for assembly, lift and weld. Computer was used to control the synchronous lift of hydraulic jack group. By effective control, the bearing system was stably transferred and unloaded, and the truss was precisely connected high above ground, reaching the requirements of design and specifications as a whole.
