摘要
针对深圳国际会展中心(一期)项目钢结构深化设计工作,以"统一标准、集中建模、各自出图"为总体原则,以"满足项目工期计划"为总体目标,设置深化设计管理部,对各深化设计部进行总体协调管理,针对深化设计管理中项目工作面大、跨区域协调工艺标准难度大、项目深化设计图纸量巨大等难点进行分析并提出解决对策,对项目的设计管理模式进行探讨,为项目钢结构深化设计工作提供指导。
Aiming at the arduous task of steel structure deepening design of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center( Phase I) project,with the general principle of unified standard,centralized modeling and drawing out separately,and with the overall goal of meeting the project schedule plan,a deepening design management department is set up to coordinate the overall management of each deepening design department,aiming at the large-scale and cross-regional project work in deepening design management.It is very difficult to coordinate the process standard and the huge amount of deep design drawings of the project.The countermeasures are put forward.The design management mode of the project is discussed,which provides guidance for the deep design of the steel structure of the project.
