摘要
佛山国际体育文化演艺中心屋盖为大跨钢管桁架结构体系,跨长98m,总质量约为2500t,采用高空散拼施工。为确保结构由支承体系受力转变为自承力,通过在钢结构安装、焊接过程中分阶段地提前插入卸载,并使用有限元软件对卸载工况进行模拟分析,在保证结构安全的前提下应用超前卸载、延迟焊接等施工方法,达到了设计要求,取得了理想的效果。
The roof of Foshan International Sports and Cultural Performance Arts Center is a long-span steel tube truss structure system with a span of 98 m and a total mass of about 2 500 t.It is constructed by high-altitude loose assembling.To ensure that the structure is transformed from the supporting system force to self-bearing force,through beforehand inserting unloading by stages during installation and welding of steel structure,the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the unloading condition and under the premise of ensuring the safety of structure,the construction methods of beforehand unloading and delayed welding are applied to meet the design requirements and achieve the ideal results.
