摘要
依据临夏奥体中心体育场钢结构罩棚安装方法——分块吊装高空组拼方法,从钢结构支撑卸载过程的支撑反力、构件应力和节点位移分析入手,运用有限元软件ANSYS详细对比计算分析了钢结构支撑的不同卸载方法,并确定最佳卸载方法。另外对结构卸载进行健康监测,并将结构杆件的应力实测与模拟数据对比。结果显示,用有限元模拟的卸载方法比选是可行的,所选的卸载方法使结构在卸载阶段的应力与位移变化平缓,从而实现更安全卸载。
Based on the installation method of steel roof on Linxia Olympic Stadium——segment hoisting and highlevel assembly method,different unloading methods are analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS to analyze stress,displacement and reaction force during the unloading of steel structure bracing. The best unloading method is defined. The results from analysis with ANSYS and that from field measurement match with each other quite well,which show that comparison and selection of unloading methods simulated by finite element method are feasible and the selected method enables the stress and displacement of structure to change mildly in the unloading process so that unloading becomes safer.
