摘要
采用微孔滤膜抽滤法,检测次氨酸钠对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果。结果显示,水中有效氯含量分别为15mg/L和10mg/L,作用5min和7min,可使大肠杆菌降至0cfu/100ml。在水中加入腐殖酸,使水色度为10度和15度时,要求有效氯含量分别为15mg/L和20mg/L,作用5min和3min,才能使大肠杆菌降至0cfu/100ml。
Filtration method was used to observe experimentally the efficacy of sodium hypochlorite in killing Escherichia coli in water. The results showed that the solutions containing available chlorine 15 mg/ L and 10 mg / L with 5 min and 7 min contact time respectively killed 100% of E. coli. After adding humic acid to water to make the color of water 10 and 15 degree, only the solution containing available chlorine 15 mg/ L and 20 mg / L with 5 min and 3 min contact time respectively could kill 100% of E. coli.
