摘要
介绍微滤膜分离技术的主要优点及分离机理,重点阐述了微滤膜分离技术在细菌总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌计数、致病菌检测、寄生虫检测、水体病毒检测以及消毒效果监测等方面的应用。最后指出将微滤膜分离技术与其他技术结合,能扬长避短,最大限度发挥各自的优势,是今后微滤膜分离技术的发展趋势。
The advantages of several microfiltration membrane separation techniques were generalized,as well as the principle of the separation progress.Application of the microfiltration membrane separation technique,such as total bacteria;coliform group;moulds and yeasts count;pathogenic bacteria detection;parasites detection;viruses from environmental waters detection and disinfection effect.The research trend of the microfiltration membrane technique was to combine it with other separation technique which could display their own advantages to the limit.
