摘要
探讨了采用滤膜法与国标法(GB/T 4789.2-2003)在食品、化妆品等领域进行微生物检测的优缺点。微生物检测主要通过大肠杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的回收率以及活菌总数的检出结果和检出率来具体体现。结果表明,滤膜法在灵敏度、可靠性、检出率、活菌回收率等方面明显优于国标法,检验结果更加真实。
This article discussed the advantage and shortage of membrane filter method and encoding standard method(GB/T 4789.2--2003)in the microbial detection. The detection production sphere included foodstuff and cosmetic etc. The experimental results were displayed by the recovery of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Staphylococcus aureus, the detection result and detection rate of total viable organism. The result in-dicated that, the membrane filter method was more preponderant than the encoding standard method in sensitivity, reliability, detection rate and recovery of viable organism, so the inspection result of the membrane filter method was more credible.
