摘要
微生物检验在疾病防控中有重要的价值,而且从目前的调查资料分析来看,微生物检验的具体效果会对疾病预防的整体效用产生影响,因此重视基层微生物检验的标准化和质量化构建十分必要。在对我国目前基层疾控中心的微生物检验工作中,发现其在检测方法、设备利用、人员队伍构建方面还存在着比较显著的问题,这些问题影响了检测工作的效率和质量提升。文章就基层疾控中心微生物检验中比较常见的问题做了初步分析,并探讨具体的问题解决对策,旨在为实践提供参考依据。
Microbiological detection plays an important role in disease prevention and control,and from the analysis of current survey data,the specific effect of microbiological detection will have an impact on the overall effectiveness of disease prevention.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the standardization and quality construction of grassroots microbiological inspection.In the work of microbial detection in China's grassroots CDC,we found that there are still significant problems in detection methods,equipment utilization and personnel team construction,which affect the efficiency and quality of detection work.This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the common problems in microbiological testing in grass-roots CDC,and explores the specific solutions to these problems,aiming at providing reference for practice.
