摘要
为观察复方含氯清洗消毒剂相关生物学效应,采用悬液定量试验和动物试验,对其杀菌效果和毒性进行检测。结果,以有效氯含量为100mg/L该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用5min杀灭率均达100%;有效氯含量为5000mg/L的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30min,杀灭率达100%。用有效氯为500mg/L的消洁净消毒液喷雾物体表面并作用15min,对自然菌的消除率达98.38%。该消毒液对小鼠经口LD50大于10000mg/kg。结论,该消毒液有良好杀菌作用,属实际无毒级消毒剂。
In order to observe the related biological effect of chlorine-containing compound germicidal detergent, suspension quantitative method and animal test were used to examine its germicidal efficacy and toxicity. Results: The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. The solution containing available chlorine 5000 mg/L with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. Spraying Xiao-Jie-Jing disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L to surfaces with a dwelling time of 15 min eradicated 98.38% of natural bacteria. The mouse oral LD_ 50 of this disinfectant solution was higher than 10000 mg/kg. Conclusion: The disinfectant solution has good germicidal effect and is belonged to practically non-toxic disinfectant.
