摘要
目的研究一种新型过氧化物消毒剂杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果及其相关性能。采用微孔滤膜抽滤法,对该新型过氧化物消毒剂杀菌性能进行了实验室和现场试验观察。结果该新型过氧化物消毒剂总活性氧化物含量为质量分数24%。以活性氧化物浓度为40 mg/L的该消毒剂作用90 min,可完全杀灭水中大肠杆菌。pH值在8.5以下、水温低于7℃、水中有机物(色度)>10度,对水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果有一定的影响。在游泳池水中加入活性氧化物浓度为80 mg/L的新型过氧化物消毒剂作用90 min,可使其水中细菌总数由845 cfu/m l降为0 cfu/m l,大肠菌群由491 cfu/L降为0 cfu/L。结论该新型过氧化物对水中细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,pH值、有机物和水温对其杀菌效果有一定影响。
Objective To observe the germicidal effect and relative property of a new type of peroxide disinfectant to Escherichia coli in water.Methods Microfiltration membrane suction filter method was used to observe the germicidal property of the new peroxide disinfectant in laboratory and field test.Results The total active oxide content of the new peroxide disinfectant is 24%（m/m）.The concentration of activated oxide is 40 mg/L,can completely kill the E.coli in water in 90 min.Influencing factors,such as ： pH bellow 8.5,temperature bellow 7℃,the water organic matter（chromaticity） 〉10 degrees,can influence the effect of disinfection.Putting the new peroxide disinfectant at 80 mg/L into the swimming pool can decrease the amount of bacterial from 845 cfu/ml to 0 cfu/ml,coliform groups from 491 cfu/L to 0 cfu/L.Conclusion The new peroxide has a good effect on killing the bacterium vegetable in water and the germicidal effect can be influenced by pH value,organic matter and temperature of water.
