摘要
沙必灵是以季铵盐类为主要杀菌成分的复方消毒剂。在２０℃，以其１∶１５０００稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌作用３ｍｉｎ，均可杀灭９９９５％以上。其杀菌作用随浓度增加，作用时间延长或温度升高而加强。有机物则可使其杀菌作用减弱。
Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to 1∶15 000 diluted solution of stock solution of this disinfectant ( containing quaternary ammonium salt 22% ) for 3 min at 20℃ was >999%. The germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant increased with increasing concentration, prolonging exposure time and increasing temperature, and decreased in presence of organic substance.This disinfectant is packed in plastic bottle. Its germicidal efficacy did not change obviously after storing at 54℃ for 14 days under airtight condition.
