摘要
介绍了CATIA-V5数控加工软件具有的多样数控加工功能、高度的人性化、标准化、快速化及全相关性的特点,讨论了与数控加工有关的基本概念、加工工艺参数,重点论述了刀具运动轨迹的生成方法。列举了CATIA数控加工在汽车模具制造上的实际应用。
This paper introduces the features and technical process of NC machining by using CATIA-V5,the basic concepts related to NC machining and machining technical parameters are discussed,and the creating methods of toolpath are mainly discussed.In the end,the practical application of CATIA NC machining in automotive die&mold manufacturing are introduced.
