摘要
本文论述了开展车身CAD/CAM技术的工作流程。介绍了在实施车身CAD/CAM技术中所解决的技术问题,诸如典型曲面造型、曲面光顺、冲压方向选择、工艺补充部分的设计、冲压成形分析、刀具运动轨迹的生成与编辑等。最后介绍发动机罩加强板产品和拉延件表面几何模型的建立方法及凸、凹模刀具运动轨迹的生成方法。
This paper expounds the working process to carry out autobody CAD/CAM and introduces the technical problems solved in earring out autobody CAD/CAM technology, such as typical surfaces modelling, surface smoothing, selection of pressing direction, surface design for technical supplementary part, analysis of stamp forming, creating and editing of toolpath,etc. In the end, the creating method of surface model of production, drawing part of supporting panel of engine cover, and creating method of toolpath for punch and die are introduced.
