摘要
深入探讨基于层切法的零件模具数控粗加工方法,阐述了该方法的基本步骤;分析了目前层面内刀具轨迹平行线生成算法的不足之处,提出了层面内刀具环形轨迹的自适应生成方法。应用该方法可以减少粗加工余量,提高粗加工精度和速度,提高了层切法模具零件数控粗加工效率。
The problem of die NC rough machining based on stratifying method is deeply studied. The characteristic of current cutter path generation method is discussed. A new adaptive circle cutter path generation method is proposed. By this method the accuracy and speed of the rough cutting processing can be improved. The efficiency of the die adaptive NC rough machining based on stratifying method is increased.
