摘要
对覆盖件模具曲面造型、刀具运动轨迹生成方法的研究分析表明,修剪技术是覆盖件模具CAD/CAM中的关键性技术之一。采用这一技术,能提高曲面造型的准确性,胶儿地防止加工过切的发生,并能对已生成的刀具运动轨迹进行行适当的编辑处理,以适应覆盖件模具的数控加工需要。介绍了修剪技术在覆盖件模具CAD/CAM中的应用。
Based on a study on the curved surface formation and generating techniques of cutting tool moving path for automotive covering parts dies, it is shown that the dression technique is one of the key techniques in CAD and CAM of coverion parts dies. Adoption of the technique is able to improve the accuracy of the curved surface formation and effectively prevent overcut in machinig. Meanwhile utilizing the technique also enables the generated cutting tool moving path to be appropriately edited and treated in order to suit the needs of covering parts dies in numerically controlled machining. In this paper the applications of the dressing technique in CAD and CAM of covering parts dies are presented.
