摘要
采用环氧有机硅树脂与多种不同粒径陶瓷粉,研制出一种耐高温防腐蚀涂料。使用热重分析法、电化学交流阻抗法和电镜扫描对环氧有机硅涂料的耐热性进行了研究。试验结果表明,耐高温防腐蚀涂料可常温固化,具有较好的耐高温性能。涂层在钢表面达到250℃时是稳定的,具有良好的耐腐蚀效果,同时根据试验结果讨论了涂层的破坏机理。
A heat resistance and anticorrosive coating was prepared with epoxy-silicone resin and ceramic powder of different particle size. The preparation and properties of heat resistance coating based on the epoxy-modified silicone were described, and the heat resistance of coating was assessed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) , electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and scan electron microscope (SEM) . Results revealed that the coating could be cured at ambience temperature and had excellent heat resistance. The coating was still stable and had good corrosion resistance on the surface of mild steel up to 250℃ and would degrade only over the temperature. The failure mechanism of coating was also discussed.
