摘要
重防腐耐磨陶瓷涂料 ,是以环氧树脂为成膜物质 ,陶瓷粉作为耐磨填料的可在常温固化的双组分涂料。该涂料具有高耐磨性、优异的耐蚀性、综合物理、机械性能。文中着重探讨了成膜物质和填料以及涂层的结构与性能之间的关系。
Ceramic heavy coating was developed for equipment under serious corrosion and erosion corrosion. The principal base component is epoxy. Ceramic powder was added as an anti-ear additive. Anti-wear ceramic heavy duty coating is bi-component coating which can be cur at room temperature. This coating processes the properties of high anti-wear, anti-corrosion and excellent general physical, chemical and mechanical properties. In this paper, the resin, additive, the structure and properties of the coating is discussed.
