摘要
利用交流阻抗技术 ,对管道内壁重防腐陶瓷涂料涂层在 3 5 %的氯化钠溶液中的电化学腐蚀机理进行了研究。结果表明 ,该涂料的电阻非常大 ,可达 10 9Ω左右 ,且长期浸泡保持不变。表明管道内壁重防腐陶瓷涂料具有很好的绝缘性。
Using EIS technique, the corrosion mechanism of heavily anticorrosion ceramic painting in 3 5% NaCl was studied. It is found that the corrosion resistance of the heavily anticorrosion ceramic coatings used in the protection of inner wall of pipeline is excellent. The electric resistance is as high as 10 9 Ω and remains unchanged when soaked in NaCl solution for a long period. It can be said that the heavily anticorrosion ceramic coatings possess very high insulation performance, antipermeability and good corrosion resistance.
