摘要
针对三相分离器腐蚀环境因素、腐蚀行为、腐蚀机理及常见防腐蚀措施进行综述,分析常见腐蚀环境影响因素及目前防腐技术存在的问题。在三相分离器腐蚀管理中建议对其腐蚀区域进行划分,将腐蚀环境相同、材质相同的部位划分成一个腐蚀回路。针对不同的腐蚀回路中的腐蚀环境因素、失效机理及防腐措施分别进行研究。根据目前三相分离器中缺乏完整的防腐涂层与外加电流阴极保护设计联合应用方案。本研究借助于数值模拟计算针对联合应用方案的可行性及操作参数开展系统研究,形成科学的评价技术和控制对策,为三相分离器完整性管理提供更为全面的技术支撑方案。
This paper summarizes the corrosion factors,corrosion behavior,corrosion mechanism and common anticorrosion technology of three-phase separator,and analyzes the typical corrosion influential factors and the problem in the current anticorrosion technology.In the corrosion management of three-phase separator,it is suggested to divide the corrosion area with the same corrosion environment and the same material into a corrosion circuit.The corrosion factors,failure mechanism and anticorrosion technology in different corrosion circuit are studied respectively.At present,there is a lack of a complete design scheme of coating and impressed current cathodic protection.With the help of numerical simulation,a systematic research could be carried out for the feasibility and operating parameters of combined application,so as to provide a more comprehensive technical scheme for integrity management.
