摘要
通过对某海上油田三相分离器进行现场调研,结合X射线衍射分析、硬度测试及阴极保护模拟计算对其罐体出现腐蚀和焊缝开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:造成分离器罐体内壁底部腐蚀的主要原因是涂层与阴极保护失效状态下的CO2腐蚀、H2S腐蚀和典型的垢下腐蚀;焊缝开裂原因主要在于焊缝补焊后未进行热处理,局部硬度过高发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。
The reasons of bottom corrosion and weld-cracking of a three-phase separator tank were investigated via in situ investigation,X-ray diffraction analysis,hardness testing and cathodic protection simulation calculation.The results showed that the main causes of the separator tank bottom corrosion were CO2 corrosion,H2S corrosion and typical under-deposit corrosion while the coating and cathodic protection failed to protect the steel wall.The main reason of the cracking near the weld seam was induced by sulfide stress corrosion cracking under the combination effect of too-high local hardness and lack of suitable heat treatment after welding repair process.
