摘要
针对国内3LPE涂层的生产与应用现状,分析了3LPE涂层生产工艺,指出采用挤出缠绕胶粘剂的工艺和方法易导致3LPE涂层存在质量缺陷。分析了国产3LPE涂层翘边和涂层剥离的问题,对其在耐温变能力、FBE涂层的厚度、涂层的补口等方面存在不足的缺陷,指出了相应的改进方向。
In allusion to production and applying situation of 3LPE coating, an analysis is carried out for the production process of 3LPE. It is pointed out that 3LPE coating manufactured with the method and process of wrapping adhesive agent extruded exist defects in quality. Issues in upwarp and peeling of domestic 3LPE coating are analyzed and relative improvement in its temperature variation resistance property, thickness of FBE layer and field coating of welded joints for 3LPE coating is put forward against its actual defects.
