摘要
研制了一种耐高温的防腐蚀涂料。涂层主要包括环氧改性有机硅、钛白粉、三聚磷酸铝、滑石粉、氧化铁和硫酸钡。性能测试表明,该涂层具有能耐300℃的高温的性能,而且具有良好的耐腐蚀效果。用电化学交流阻抗法研究了各组分及固化温度对涂层耐热耐蚀性的影响。
A heat-resistant and anti-corrosive coating has been developed for use in marine environments. The coating is made of epoxy silicone resin and fillers including titania, aluminum triphosphate, talcum powder and barium sulfate. The coating has excellent heat resistance and good anti-corrosive properties, and effectively resists marine corrosion at 320 ℃. The influence of the different fillers on the heat-resistant and anti-corrosive properties of the coating was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
