摘要
全面深化改革需要广泛的改革共识作为价值基础和内驱动力。深度探究改革共识的形态,对于理解改革共识的演变规律以及探索改革共识的有效凝聚之道具有重要的启迪意义。以一种整全性的视角对改革共识的形态进行历时性考察,可以发现伴随改革开放的进程,公民主要形成了两种形态的改革共识:肯定型改革共识和诉求型改革共识。改革共识形态变迁是多种因素共同作用的结果,是变动中的中国社会之产物。新时代凝聚改革共识需要加强改革环境的契合性建构、改革实践的回应性建构以及公民认知的认同性建构。
Comprehensive deepening of reform requires extensive reform consensus as a valuable base and an internal driving force.Deep research on the form of reform consensus has an important enlightening significance for understanding the evolution of the reform consensus and exploring the effective cohesion way of the reform consensus.Taking a diachronic examination of the form of reform consensus from a holistic perspective,we can find that with the process of reform and opening up,citizens have formed two forms of reform consensus:affirmative reform consensus and appeal-oriented reform consensus.The change of the reform consensus form is the result of the joint action of various factors and is the product of the changing Chinese society.The new era of cohesive reform consensus needs to strengthen the conformity construction of the reform environment,the responsive construction of reform practice,and the identity construction of citizen cognition.
