本文旨在探讨目前国有企业使用非财务绩效指标的情况与其对企业绩效的影响,创新点在于进一步分析了非财务绩效指标通过何种渠道影响企业整体绩效。通过深入了解非财务绩效指标对企业绩效影响的渠道,本文的发现可能有助于提升企业通过非财务绩效指标增加收益的能力。
This article focuses on the non-financial performance indicators used in SOE and their impact on the SOE's performance. The innovation point is that we try to analyze the mechanism that the non-financial performance indicators influence the firm performance. That finding will improve the firm's profit through using non-financial performance indicators.
