摘要 信息技术的飞速发展和普遍应用满足了组织的信息需求,提高了生产效率和管理效益,成为了现代企业运作的推动力量和知识工作中的重要组成部分。对信息技术的定义进行了梳理,建立信息技术对知识工作的影响模型,并从知识管理的视角出发,分析信息技术对知识工作中的知识检索与存储、知识转移、知识共享、知识创造和知识应用这几个环节的影响,最后为企业内信息技术的有效应用给出相关的管理建议。
