摘要
科学设计产业技术联盟运行机制并理顺其作用机理是联盟健康稳定发展的重要保证。从基础类、核心类和保障类3个层面提出产业技术联盟的运行机制,进一步分析产业技术联盟的作用机理,包括互惠共生机理、协同创新机理、学习试错机理和网络突变机理。最后,提出产业技术联盟运行机制和作用机理的影响路径。
It is an important guarantee for the healthy and steady development of the alliance to scientifically design the operation mechanism of industry alliance and straighten out its mechanism.This paper puts forward the operational mechanism of industry alliance from three levels of basic class,core class and guarantee class,and further analyzes the mechanism of the industry alliance,including reciprocity symbiosis mechanism,cooperative innovation mechanism,learning-trial-error mechanism and network mutation mechanism.Finally,it puts forward the operational mechanism and action mechanism of the industry alliance.
