摘要
选取创新投入、创新环境、创新潜力、创新贡献、创新产出构建科技创新能力体系,选取经济结构、规模、效益、地位、红利,资源配置及绿色经济建设作为经济高质量发展的评判维度,构建科技创新能力与经济高质量发展的SEM模型,量化剖析科技创新能力构成要素对经济高质量发展的影响路径,经模型测量结果如下:①创新投入是营造创新环境,激发创新潜力的重要保障;②激活创新潜力,提升创新贡献是提高创新产出的关键环节;③提高创新产出能力是夯实高质量发展的基础,是优化经济结构、规模,提升经济地位与效益的重要路径;是实现高效资源配置,激发绿色经济建设,推进经济红利共享的有效途径。
Study selects innovation input,innovation environment,innovation potential,innovation contribution,and innovation output to build a science and technology innovation capability system.It chooses economic structure,scale,benefits,status,dividends,resource allocation and green economy construction as the critical dimensions of high-quality economic development.It constructs the SEM model according to the high quality development of scientific and technological innovation ability and economy.It will quantify the impact of the components of science and technology innovation capabilities on the quality of economic development.The results of the model are as follows:①The investment of innovation is an important guarantee to create an innovation environment and stimulate the potential of innovation;②Activating innovation potential and enhancing innovation contribution are the key links in increasing innovation output;③Improving the ability of innovation output is the basis for consolidating high-quality development.It is an important path for optimizing the economic structure and scale and improving economic status and benefits.It is an effective way to achieve efficient resource allocation,stimulate the construction of a green economy,and promote the sharing of economic dividends.
