摘要
法律英语有着不同于其他英语的语用特征,正确使用与了解这些语用特征,对解决与处理现实中出现的法律问题有很大的意义。
With the approach of China's accession to the WTO, English language for legal pr ofession is receiving increasing concern. With a purpose to help English teacher s and lawyers to make good use of English for legal profession, this paper studi es and summarizes its pragmatic features, such as unitariness and rigidness, par ticularity and ambiguity under the principle of exactness.
