摘要
法律英语中的模糊语言体现了自然语言的客观属性,同时也是立法原则的要求及不同法律文化差异性的表现。模糊语言贯穿于立法语言及司法实践当中,能增加传递的信息量,不断适应社会的发展变化。本文从模糊语言在法律英语中存在的必然性着手,进一步探讨其语用功能。
Fuzzy language in legal English reflects the objective property of natural language, also the requirements of legislation principles and the performance of different legal culture. Fuzzy language in legislation and judicial practice, can increase the amount of information transmission, constantly adapt to the change of social development. In this paper, from the necessity of fuzzy language in legal English, to further explore the pragmatic function.
