摘要
本文从转变传统的教学模式入手,阐述"三明治"教学模式产生的背景、构成与实施,分析"三明治"教学模式的保障机制、影响因素以及"三明治"教学模式在培养与社会相适应的高级复合型工程管理专业人才中的重要作用。
Starting from converting the conventional teaching mode,the generating background,constructing and performing of "Sanmingzhi"teaching mode are described. The base mechanism,influence factor are analyzed,and the important effect of Sanmingzhi"teaching mode for bring up senior combination human resource who are fitful to society on engineering management major is analyzed.
