摘要
介绍了美国一流大学的办学经费情况,分析了美国私立大学本科生学费的特点及其对大学发展的积极作用和社会影响。结合我国高等学校的实际,指出了改革我国大学生收费办法的具体途径,就如何多渠道筹措办学经费,加快大学的发展,为提高我国大学的办学水平与竞争力提出了建设性意见。
Introduced the budget for running a school circumstance of the American top-grade university, analyzed the characteristics and the apocalypse of the tuition of American private university and its positive effect both on the university and society. Combined the actual situation with our university and college, discussed the way to collect the undergraduate tuition fee, and pointed out a path to balance the university budget. Put forward an idea about how to speed up the development of the university, then raised the level and competition abilities of our university.
