摘要
藏汉双语幼师师资的质量直接关系到藏族地区学前教育的发展质量。但是当前阶段内地藏汉双语幼师培养面临诸多困境。基于此,内地藏汉双语幼师培养工作需要立足于教育发展,借助科学严谨的教育理念,精心设置培训课程。进而有效培养出藏汉兼通的双语幼儿教师人才队伍,全面推动内地藏汉双语幼师师资队伍的建设发展。
The quality of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers is directly related to the Tibetan preschool education. But there are lots of problems of Tibetan-Chinese Bilingual education. So, It should be based on the development of education, rigorous teaching idea, course offered. Developing the talents of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers, promote the construction of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching staff.
