高职“双创”型卓越幼师培养的实践探索——以广西工业职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 卓越幼师是高职学前教育专业人才培养的标杆,创新创业教育是高职人才培养改革的发展趋势,如何将两者有效融合,推动高职学前教育人才培养质量的提高,是创业教育研究的重要内容。文章以广西工业职业技术学院"卓越幼师班"实践为例,尝试从学前教育专业的培养目标、课程构建、教学模式、教学方式、校企合作、考核评价等方面,探索培养"双创"型卓越幼师的机制与方法。 Distinguished kindergarten teachers are the benchmark of higher vocational preschool education,innovation and entrepreneurship are the trend of the higher vocational training,how to integrate the two effectively and promote the training quality of the higher vocational education has become an important task of education research in recent years.Taking the practice of"Distinguished Kindergarten Teachers Class"in Guangxi Industrial Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper tries to explore the mechanism and method of integrating preschool education with innovative entrepreneurship education from the aspects of training goal,curriculum construction,teaching mode,cooperation of school and enterprises,evaluation and so on.
