摘要
少数民族教师专业发展是关乎各民族团结稳定与发展的关键因素,总结与发现现有相关方面研究的特点和缺陷,能够明确今后此类研究重点,为少数民族教师专业发展提供理论依据。
The professional development of minority teachers are the key factors related to the national unity and stability and development, summarize and found that existing research in the relevant characteristics and defects, to be clear in the future such research, provides the theory basis for the national minority teacher's professional development.
