摘要
目的:观察愈疡汤联合西医四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院门诊与住院治疗的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者70例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予西医四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用愈疡汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为82.9%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组Hp根除率为97.1%,对照组Hp根除率为82.9%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;对照组不良反应发生率为22.9%,观察组不良反应发生率为11.4%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:愈疡汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡效果显著,安全性更高。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ulcer-Removing Decoction in combination with Western medicine quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori(HP) positive peptic ulcer.Methods:Seventy patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Ulcer-Removing Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group and 82.9% in the control group,and the observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 97.1% and that in the control group was 82.9%.The observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 22.9%,and that in the observation group was 11.4%.The observation group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulcer-Removing Decoction in combination with Western medicine quadruple therapy has a remarkable efficacy on HP positive peptic ulcer with higher safety.
