摘要
目的 观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性消化性溃疡采用香砂六君子汤联合四联疗法治疗的效果。方法 选择2019年12月至2020年12月漳州市芗城中医院收治的92例HP阳性消化性溃疡患者,根据随机数字表分为两组,各46例。对照组采用阿莫西林为主的四联疗法治疗,研究组在此基础上联合香砂六君子汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及HP根除率、不良反应。结果 与对照组比较,研究组临床总有效率、HP根除率高(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组腹痛、呕吐、反酸、上腹饱胀评分均降低,且研究组上述积分更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HP阳性消化性溃疡采用四联疗法、香砂六君子汤联合治疗可减轻临床症状、提高HP根除率,疗效显著且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of xiangsha liujunzi decoction combined with quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori(HP)positive peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 92 patients with HP positive peptic ulcer admitted to Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhangzhou from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with xiangsha liujunzi decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,HP eradication rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and HP eradication rate of the study group were higher(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,vomiting,acid regurgitation and epigastric distension in the two groups were decreased,and the above scores were lower in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy and xiangsha liujunzi decoction combined treatment for HP positive peptic ulcer can reduce clinical symptoms and improve HP eradication rate,with significant efficacy and high safety.
