摘要
目的观察健脾化瘀汤联合西药三联法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将100例消化性溃疡的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例;对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上采用健脾化瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者的总体疗效及不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的总体治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者的症状积分、生活质量、胃液的pH值改善显著优于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,溃疡复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无显著不良反应发生。结论健脾化瘀汤结合西药三联法治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen tonifying and stasis removing soup combined with Western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods One hundred patients with peptic ulcer were randomly di- vided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and the experimental group received additional spleen tonifying and stasis removing soup on the basis of the control group. The overall efficacy and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the overall treatment （P 〈 0.05）, significantly superior to the control group in the symptom scores, quality of life and improvement of the pH value of gastric juice, significantly shorter than the control group in the length of hospital stay, and significantly lower than the control group in the recurrence rate of ulcer （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Spleen tonifying and stasis removing soup combined with Western medicine triple therapy is significantly effective and highly safe in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
