摘要
目的探讨加味六君子汤治疗胃溃疡患者的临床疗效及其对血清胃泌素的影响。方法选择我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的胃溃疡患者110例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者接受质子泵抑制剂(PPI)和铋剂治疗,观察组患者接受加味六君子汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状缓解时间;治疗前后炎性因子水平、血清胃泌素(GAS)与生长抑素(SS)水平。结果观察组患者治疗后的腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、纳差的缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、GAS、SS水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、GAS、SS水平均较本组治疗前有所降低,且观察组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、GAS、SS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味六君子汤能够促进胃溃疡患者的临床症状缓解,降低炎性因子、GAS与SS的水平,有助于提高对胃溃疡的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Liujunzi decoction in treating patients with gastric ulcer and its effect on serum gastrin.Methods A total of 110 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received proton pump inhibitor(PPI)and bismuth,and patients in the observation group received modified Liujunzi decoction.The remission time of clinical symptoms,the levels of inflammatory factors and serum gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The relief time of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching,and anorexia after treatment in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),GAS,and SS before treatment between the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,GAS,and SS of the two groups of patients were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,GAS,SS of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Liujunzi decoction promotes the reduction of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,GAS and SS.And it helps to improve the therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer.
